This Friday, August 21 is Chef Bob’s last guest chef appearance at The Bistro on Park Avenue for the month of August. He’s putting a new spin on an old favorite: Smoky Bacon Shepherd’s Pie. The dish will be gluten free Celiac safe, and feature Smoked Gouda and Applewood bacon, mashed potatoes atop a CBGFree meat and vegetable filling. There will also be a Gluten Free dessert option.
